Ham and Bean Soup

Ham and Bean Soup

1 lb dry Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained
32-oz carton chicken broth
Water
1/2 tsp salt
1 smoked turkey wing
1 cup chopped carrots
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp dry mustard
8-oz minced ham

Combine all ingredients except minced ham in crockpot. Add water to cover everything by about 2 inches. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Stir in the minced ham and cook 1 more hour or until ham is hot.

Yum! Serve with Corn Muffins.
